Love.
Since 2008 - the first valentines day we owned our house - we have had an awesome tradition of cooking bomb.com meals at home for the lovey dovey holiday. The first year, Mike surprised me with AJ's steaks on a folding table & chairs in the back yard of our house when it was completely stripped down to nothing but studs. We ate under candlelight (b/c there was no electricity!) and it was very romantic.
